The President of the Court and its members shall take the following oath before the Amir and in the presence of the Minister of Justice: “I swear by Almighty God to respect the Constitution, safeguard the constitutionality of laws and regulations, and perform my duties with impartiality, integrity and truthfulness.”

يؤدي رئيس المحكمة وأعضاؤها أمام الأمير وبحضور وزير العدل اليمين الآتي نصها:
«أقسم بالله العظيم أن أحترم الدستور، وأحافظ على دستورية القوانين واللوائح
