Article 4 مكررا of Law Establishing the Constitutional Court

Any person with a direct personal interest may challenge before the Constitutional Court, by an original action, the decree dissolving the National Assembly, as well as the decree calling elections for members of the National Assembly, within ten days from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. The Court shall issue its judgment on the challenge within ten days from the date of expiry of the time limit for challenge.
