Article 4 مكرر ب of Law Establishing the Constitutional Court

In all cases, the Constitutional Court may not examine the decree dissolving the National Assembly, nor the decree calling for elections of members of the National Assembly after the announcement of the election result. The Court shall decide challenges concerning the election of members of the National Assembly or the validity of their membership within thirty days from the date of expiry of the time limit for filing a challenge.
