A person appointed to expert posts must satisfy the following conditions, in addition to the conditions set out in the Civil Service Regulations: a- He must hold a university degree or a higher certificate from a recognized academic institute corresponding to the type of expertise in which appointment is sought. b- He must satisfy the legal requirements for practising the profession that is the subject of the expertise for which he is nominated for appointment. c- He must pass the tests and interviews conducted by the General Department of Experts. The qualifications referred to in paragraph )a( shall be specified by a decision of the Minister of Justice after obtaining the opinion of the Civil Service Bureau. )2(

يــشترط فيمــن يــعين في وظائــف الخبرة الشروط الآتيــة وذلــك بالإضافــة إلى الشروط
الــواردة في نظــام الخدمــة المدنيــة:
أ- أن يكــون حائــزا على شــهادة جامعيــة أو شــهادة عاليــة مــن معهــد علمــي مــعترف بــه
تتفــق مــع نــوع الخبرة التــي يطلــب التعــيين فيهــا.
ب- أن يكــون مســتوفيا لما تتطلبــه القــوانين لمزاولــة المهنــة موضــوع الخبرة التــي يرشــح
للتعــيين فيهــا.
ج- أن يجتاز الاختبارات والمقابلات التي تجريها الإدارة العامة للخبراء.
وتحدد المؤهلات المشار إليها في البند )أ( بقرار من وزير العدل بعد أخذ رأي ديوان
