English translation
The General Department of Experts shall be composed of a head with the rank of Assistant Undersecretary, one or more deputy heads with the rank of Department Director, the deputy being selected from among the experts provided that his rank is not lower than Chief Expert, and a sufficient number of experts. It shall be subordinate to the Ministry of Justice. The head shall be appointed by decree upon submission by the Minister of Justice, and its posts shall be arranged in the manner prescribed by a decision of the Civil Service Council.

تشكل الإدارة العامة للخبراء من رئيس بدرجة وكيل وزارة مساعد، ونائب للرئيس
أو أكثر بدرجة مدير إدارة ، ويتم اختيار النائب من بين الخبراء على ألا تقل درجته
عن كبير خبراء، وعدد كاف من الخبراء وتتبع وزارة العدل، ويعين الرئيس بمرسوم
بناءً على عرض وزير العدل، وترتب الوظائف بها على الوجه الذي يصدر به قرار
