Article 29 of Law Regulating Expert Services

As an exception to the provisions of the preceding Article, the Minister of Justice may second to work in the General Department of Experts certain Kuwaitis familiar with conditions in Kuwait and the customs observed therein, to perform the expert work assigned to them, after obtaining the opinion of the Head of the General Department of Experts. The conditions and arrangements concerning the secondment of these experts, their discipline, the termination of their secondment, and the remuneration prescribed for them shall be determined by a decision of the Minister of Justice. An expert of the General Department of Experts may be seconded to work outside the Department, in any other government body, after obtaining the opinion of the Head of the General Department of Experts and the approval of the Minister of Justice.
