Article 32 of Law Regulating Expert Services

Without prejudice to the aforementioned Civil Service Law, an expert of the General Department of Experts may not combine his position with engaging in commerce or any work incompatible with his dignity and independence in his work. An expert may not act as an arbitrator, even without remuneration, in any dispute connected with his work, provide advisory reports, or act as a judicial receiver or bankruptcy administrator, except with permission issued by the Head of the General Department of Experts.
