English translation
Disciplinary proceedings against experts of the General Department of Experts shall be instituted by a decision of the Minister of Justice. He may order the suspension of the expert until the charge brought against him is adjudicated, and the Disciplinary Council may also do so.

ترفع الدعوى التأديبية على خبراء الإدارة العامة للخبراء بقرار من وزير العدل.
وله أن يأمر بوقف الخبير حتى يفصل في التهمة المسندة إليه، كما يجوز ذلك أيضا
