English translation
Disciplinary trial hearings shall be held in camera. The expert shall appear in person before the Board. He may appoint a lawyer to defend him and may submit his defence in writing. The Board may order the expert to appear personally before it when necessary. If he does not appear before the Board, a decision may be rendered in his absence after verification that he has been duly served. The Disciplinary Board may conduct such investigations as it deems necessary or delegate one of its members to conduct them.

تكون جلسات المحاكمة التأديبية سرية.
ويحضر الخبير بنفسه أمام المجلس. وله أن ينيب في الدفاع عنه محاميا وله أن يقدم
دفاعه كتابة.
وللمجلس أن يأمر بحضور الخبير شخصيا أمامه عند الاقتضاء وإذا لم يحضر امام
المجلس جاز الحكم في غيبته بعد التحقق من صحة إعلانه.
ولمجلس التأديب إجراء ما يراه لازما من التحقيقات أو أن يندب لإجرائها أحد
