Article 41 of Law Regulating Expert Services

There shall be at the Court of First Instance a committee called the (Roll Experts Committee), composed of: a- The President of the Court of First Instance or his deputy, as chair. b- One of the Advocates General, as a member. c- The Director of the General Department of Experts or his deputy, as a member. The Committee shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate disciplinary proceedings against experts on the roll, to consider the admission of new experts when registration on the roll is opened, to determine the conditions it deems necessary for registration, and to remove the name of any expert who has come to be in a condition that prevents him from performing his work, has lost a condition of his registration on the roll, has been sentenced to a felony penalty, or has had a judicial or disciplinary judgment affecting honour issued against him. The Committee shall issue its decision to remove the expert after inviting him to appear before it by registered letter. This decision must state its reasons and shall be notified to the expert by registered letter.
