Article 44 of Law Regulating Expert Services

Every expert whose name is entered on the roll shall have a file at the Court of First Instance and at the General Department of Experts, in which observations concerning his work shall be deposited. The Public Prosecution shall notify the President of Index of the Law 737 Home Page Law Regulating Expert Services Decree-Law No. 40 of 1980 Promulgating the Law Regulating Expert Services the Court of First Instance and the Head of the General Department of Experts of all judgments issued against registered experts in felony and misdemeanor matters and the outcome of its disposition of accusations brought against them. All of this shall be deposited in the file referred to in the preceding paragraph.
