Article 46 of Law Regulating Expert Services

The President of the Court of First Instance shall notify the expert on the roll, by registered letter, of a copy of any complaint submitted against him, for him to respond thereto within seven days from the date of notification. The President of the Court of First Instance may, after reviewing the expert's response, dismiss the complaint or investigate it himself or through a judge whom he delegates. Upon completion of the investigation, he may dismiss the complaint, issue a warning to the expert, or submit his case to the Minister of Justice to consider referring him to the Disciplinary Council. In all cases, a copy of the complaints, investigations and decision issued concerning them shall be deposited in the expert's file.
