English translation
An expert on the register may be referred for disciplinary trial if he commits an act affecting integrity, honesty, and good reputation, breaches any of his duties, commits a gross error in his work, or refuses, without an acceptable excuse, to perform work assigned to him.

يجوز إحالة خبير الجدول إلى المحاكمة التأديبية إذا ارتكب ما يمس الذمة والأمانة
وحسن السمعة أو أخل بواجب من واجباته أو أخطأ خطأ جسيما في عمله أو امتنع
