Article 50 of Law Regulating Expert Services

The expert may seek the assistance of a compulsory stand to inspect facilities and places that must be inspected or entered to carry out the assignment he has been appointed to perform, when the persons concerned refuse to enable him to perform it. This shall be pursuant to an order issued by the presiding judge of the panel hearing the action or the judge of interim matters at the competent court, upon a reasoned application submitted by the head of the General Department of Experts or his substitute. The order shall be issued within a period not exceeding three days from the date of submission of the application.
