The Minister of Justice shall issue decisions regulating technical inspection of the work of the experts of the General Department Law Index 738 Home Page Law Regulating Expert Services Decree-Law No. 40 of 1980 promulgating the Law Regulating Expert Services of Experts and assessment of their competence, as an exception to the provisions of Article 14 of the Decree on the Civil Service System.
