English translation
Except in cases of flagrante delicto, no investigative procedure or arrest may be undertaken against an expert of the General Department of Experts until the Head of the General Department of Experts has been notified. The Public Prosecution alone shall have the powers of investigation, disposition and prosecution in respect of acts attributed to the expert because of or on the occasion of his official duties, provided that it notifies the Head of the procedures and dispositions taken against him. )2(

لا يجــوز في غير حــالات الجــرم المشــهود اتخــاذ أي مــن إجــراءات التحقيــق أو القبض على
خــبير الإدارة العامــة للــخبراء إلا بعــد إخطــار رئيــس الإدارة العامــة للــخبراء، وتختــص
النيابــة العامــة دون غيرهــا بســلطة التحقيــق والــتصرف والادعــاء في الوقائــع المنســوبة
للخــبير بســبب أو بمناســبة أعمال وظيفتــه، على أن تقــوم بإخطــار الرئيــس بما تتخــذه مــن
