Article 34 of Law Regulating Expert Services

A Disciplinary Council constituted as follows shall have jurisdiction to discipline the head of the General Department of Experts: a - The President of the Court of Appeal or his representative, as chairman. b - The Public Prosecutor or his representative, as member. c - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice or his representative, as member. A Disciplinary Council constituted as follows shall have jurisdiction to discipline the Department’s other experts: a - The President of the Court of First Instance or his representative, as chairman. b - One of the Advocates General, as member. c - The head of the General Department of Experts or his representative, as member.
