Article 30 of Judicial Organisation Law

A Judicial Inspection Department shall be established to inspect the work of the deputy presidents and judges of the Court of First Instance, and shall consist of a president and a sufficient number of counsellors. A Judicial Inspection Department shall be established to inspect the work of the chief public prosecutors and public prosecutors, and shall consist of a president holding the rank of Advocate General and a sufficient number of Advocates General and chief public prosecutors. The Supreme Judicial Council shall issue a decision each year seconding the president and members of each of the two aforementioned departments. The inspection system for both the courts and the Public Prosecution shall be prescribed by a decision of the Supreme Judicial Council. )2(
