English translation
Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles )40( and )41( of the Civil Service Regulations, the Supreme Judicial Council shall issue a decision establishing the system of periodic leave for judges and members of the Public Prosecution. With the consent of the judge or member of the Public Prosecution, payment of the periodic leave allowance in cash may be made if work circumstances so require. The Supreme Judicial Council shall establish the rules for payment of this allowance.

مــع عــدم الإخلال بأحــكام المادتين ، مــن نظــام الخدمــة المدنيــة ، يصــدر
المجلــس الأعلى للقضــاء قــرارا بنظــام الأجــازات الدورية للقضــاة وأعضاء النيابــة العامة
ويجــوز بموافقــة القــاضي أو عضــو النيابــة العامــة صرف بــدل الأجــازة الدوريــة نقــدا إذا
اقتضــت ظــروف العمــل ذلــك .
