English translation
The president of the court, on his own initiative or pursuant to a decision of its general assembly, shall have the right to admonish judges concerning conduct on their part contrary to their duties or the requirements of their offices, after hearing their statements. The admonition shall be oral or written, and in the latter cases a copy shall be communicated to the Minister of Justice. )2(

لرئيــس المحكمــة مــن تلقــاء نفســه أو بنــاء على قــرار الجمعيــة العامــة بهــا حــق تنبيــه
القضــاة إلى مــا يقــع منهــم مخالفــا لواجباتهــم أو مقتضيــات وظائفهــم بعــد سماع أقوالــم .
