English translation
As an exception to the provisions of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. (42) of 1978, the Minister of Justice may, after obtaining the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Council, establish a private club for judges and members of the Public Prosecution for the purpose of engaging in cultural and social activities.
