English translation
The Supreme Judicial Council shall prepare a report at the beginning of October each year, or whenever it considers it necessary, setting out deficiencies or ambiguities in existing legislation revealed by judicial judgments and decisions to close cases issued by the Public Prosecution, and what it considers necessary to advance the administration of justice. The Minister of Justice shall submit this report to the Council of Ministers.

يعــد المجلــس الأعلى للقضــاء تقريــرا فى بدايــة شــهر أكتوبــر مــن كل عــام أو كلما رأى
ضرورة لذلــك يتضمــن مــا أظهرتــه الأحــكام القضائيــة وقــرارات الحفــظ الصــادرة مــن
النيابــة العامــة مــن نقــص فى التشريــع القائــم أو غمــوض فيــه ومــا يــراه لازمــا للنهــوض
