English translation
An institute for judicial and legal studies shall be established by decree, upon the submission of the Minister of Justice and after obtaining the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Council, and the decree shall specify its objectives. Regular attendance at training shall be considered a fundamental duty of office. The Institute's Board of Directors shall be constituted with the Minister of Justice as chairman and the following as members: - The Public Prosecutor. - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice. - The Dean of the Faculty of Law. - The Director of the Institute. - Two persons with experience selected by the Minister of Justice, provided that one of them is a member of the judiciary.

ينشأ بمرسوم بناء على عرض وزير العدل وبعد أخذ رأي المجلس الأعلى للقضاء
معهد للدراسات القضائية والقانونية ويحدد المرسوم أهدافه .
ويعتبر الانتظام في التدريب واجبا أساسيا من واجبات الوظيفة ، ويشكل مجلس
إدارة المعهد من وزير العدل رئيسا ومن عضوية كل من :
- النائب العام .
- وكيل وزارة العدل .
- عميد كلية الحقوق .
- مدير المعهد .
- اثنين من ذوى الخبرة يختارهما وزير العدل ، على أن يكون من بينهما أحد رجال
