Article 69 of Judicial Organisation Law

The necessary financial appropriations shall be allocated for the affairs of judges, the Public Prosecution and their auxiliary bodies. These appropriations shall be included under miscellaneous expenditure and transfer payments in the section for the Ministry of Justice in the budget of ministries and government departments. By exception to the provisions of the aforementioned Decree-Law No. )31( of 1987, the Ministry of Justice shall, after obtaining the opinion of the Supreme Council for Meeting, submit the estimates for these appropriations to the Ministry of Finance, which shall prepare the draft budget. Its implementation shall be in accordance with the rules agreed upon between the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Justice. The opinion of the Supreme Judicial Council referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be presented in full to the National Assembly together with the draft budget, detailed in its various divisions according to the form in which the Ministry of Justice budget is presented. )1(
