English translation
Persons under seventeen years of age may not drive motorcycles on public roads or operate marine vehicles and aerial recreational means. The person responsible for the child shall be liable for any resulting harm to others and to the child himself. Lessors of motorized riding bikes and marine bikes and their workers may not rent them on public roads to persons under seventeen years of age; otherwise, they shall be liable for any resulting harm to others and to the child himself.

لا يجوز قيادة الدراجات النارية في الطريق العام أو المركبات البحرية ووسائل
الترفيه الجوية لمن تقل سنه عن سبعة عشر عاماً ، ويكون متولي أمر الطفل
مسئولاً عما ينجم عن ذلك من أضرار للغير وللطفل نفسه .
ولا يجوز لمؤجري دراجات الركوب النارية والبحرية وعُمالهم تأجيرها في الطريق
العام لمن تقل سنه عن سبعة عشر عاماً ، وإلا كانوا مسئولين عما ينجم عن
