Article 76 of Child Rights Law

A child shall be considered at risk of any form of physical, psychological, emotional, or sexual harm or neglect, or if found in a situation threatening the sound upbringing that must be provided to him, in any of the following circumstances: 1 - If his security, morals, health, or life is endangered. 2 - If the circumstances of his upbringing in the family, school, care institutions, or elsewhere are such as to expose him to danger, or if he is exposed to neglect, abuse, violence, exploitation, or homelessness. Law Index 369 Home Page Child Rights Law Law No. 21 of 2015 concerning Child Rights - If the child is deprived, without justification, of his right, even partially, to custody by or visitation with either parent or anyone entitled thereto. - If the person obliged to maintain him abandons him, or he suffers the loss of both parents or either of them, or their abandonment, or that of his caretaker, of responsibility toward him. e - If the child is deprived of basic education or his educational future is endangered. 6 - If, within the family, school, care institutions, or elsewhere, he is subjected to incitement to violence, acts contrary to morals, pornographic acts, commercial exploitation, harassment, or the unlawful use of alcohol or narcotic substances affecting mental condition.
