English translation
A person who has made a portrait of another may not publish, display, or distribute its original or copies thereof without the permission of the person depicted, unless otherwise agreed. Nevertheless, the portrait may be published on the occasion of incidents that occurred publicly, or if it relates to persons having an official or public capacity or enjoying local or international fame, provided that displaying or circulating the portrait in these cases does not prejudice the person's honour, reputation, or standing. The preceding provisions shall apply to portraits regardless of the method by which they were made, whether drawing, engraving, or any other means.
