English translation
Each author of a joint work shall be considered an equal partner in the economic rights unless otherwise agreed in writing. In such case, none of them may independently exercise the author's rights except by written agreement. If one of the joint authors dies without leaving heirs, his share shall devolve upon the Council unless otherwise agreed in writing.

يعتبر كل مؤلف في المصنف المشترك شريكاً بالتساوي في الحقوق المالية ما لم يتفق
كتابة على غير ذلك، وفي هذه الحالة لا يجوز لأي منهم الانفراد بمباشرة حقوق
المؤلف إلا باتفاق مكتوب.
وإذا توفى أحد المشتركين ولم يترك ورثة تؤول حصته إلى المجلس ما لم يكن قد اتفق
