Article 24 of Copyright and Related Rights Law

1- The term of protection for performers shall be fifty years from the first of January of the year following the year in which the performance took place, or from the first of January of the year following the year in which the performance was fixed in a sound recording. 2- The term of protection for producers of sound recordings shall be fifty years from the first of January of the year following the year in which the sound recording was first published or the publication of that sound recording was fixed if publication did not take place within fifty years of the fixation of the sound recording. - The term of protection for broadcasting organizations shall be twenty years from the first of January of the year following the year in which their programmes were first broadcast.
