Article 6 of Public Funds Protection Law

Subject to the provision of Article 29, the entities referred to in Article Two shall notify the Audit Bureau in writing of the funds they conduct inside or outside the country, the decisions they take in this regard and any amendments thereto. Notification must be made within a maximum of ten days from the date of conducting the transaction or disposition or issuing the decision. The President of the Bureau may issue a decision specifying a longer period, not exceeding two months, in cases requiring this. The Audit Bureau may complete the data it receives and inspect any books, records, papers, documents or accounts it considers necessary to inspect, and those entities must furnish the Bureau or accounts, and those entities must furnish the Bureau with the information or documents it requests within no more than two weeks from the date of the request. The Bureau shall have the right to comment on the dispositions referred to in the first paragraph and inform the entity concerned of its observations thereon and its recommendations in their regard. The entity concerned shall respond to the Bureau's observations and recommendations in their regard within a maximum of fifteen days from the date of their receipt by it.
