English translation
Every public official, employee, or worker who embezzles funds, papers, effects, or other things delivered to him by reason of his position shall be punished by life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than five years. The penalty shall be life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment of not less than seven years if the offence is inseparably connected with another felony.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن خمسة سنوات كل موظف
عام أو مستخدم أو عامل اختلس أموالا أو أوراقا أو أمتعة أو غيرها مسلمة إليـه
بسبب وظيفته.
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا تقل عن سبع سنوات إذا ارتبطت
