English translation
Every public official, employee or worker who unlawfully appropriates anything mentioned in the preceding Article belonging to, or in the possession of, one of the entities referred to in Article Two, or facilitates this for another, shall be punished by life imprisonment or imprisonment for a fixed term of not less than five years. The penalty shall be life imprisonment or imprisonment for a fixed term of not less than seven years if the crime is inseparably connected with another felony.

يعاقب بالحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت الذي لا تقل مدته عن خمس سنوات كل موظف
عام أو مستخدم أو عامل استولي بغير حق على شي مما ذكر في المادة السابقة لإحدى
الجهات المشار اليها في المادة الثانية أو تحت يدها أو سهل ذلك لغيره.
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤبد أو المؤقت على لا تقل مدته عن سبع سنوات إذا
