Article 13 of Public Funds Protection Law

Every public official, employee, or worker in an entity referred to in Article Two who discloses any information concerning business that should remain confidential by its nature or pursuant to special instructions shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years, if its disclosure is liable to harm the interests of these entities or secure a private interest for anyone. This danger shall continue for five years after the end of the official's service.
