English translation
The competent entities shall develop clear work strategies within the scope of their environment-related activities, accompanied by timetables, implementation mechanisms and the projects associated with them. The Supreme Council shall be competent to designate the entities concerned with preparing and approving these strategies and annually monitoring the stages of their implementation. The Authority shall also establish the general framework for preparing these strategies, supervise them and ensure their integration.

تلتزم الجهات المختصة بتطوير إستراتيجيات عمل واضحة في نطاق أعمالها المرتبطة
بالبيئة مقرونة بالخطط الزمنية وآليات التنفيذ والمشاريع المحقة بها ، ويختص المجلس
الأعلي بتحديد الجهات المعنية بإعداد هذه الإسترتيجيات وإعتمادها والمتابعة السنوية
لمراحل تنفيذها . كما تتولي الهيئة وضع الإطار العام لإعداد هذه الإستراتيجيات
