English translation
The Supreme Council shall issue a national plan for managing the environmental situation in Kuwait Bay, encompassing the requirements for monitoring, protection, rehabilitation and approval of projects established within its boundaries, within three years from the date of issuance of this Law. The Council shall also attend to updating the plan every ten years. All State institutions shall support this plan and comply with its contents.

يصدر المجلس الأعلي خطة وطنية لإدارة الوضع البيئي في جون الكويت شاملة
متطلبات المراقبة والحماية والتأهيل وإعتماد المشاريع المقامة في نطاقه وذلك خلال
ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون كما يعني المجلس بتحديث الخطة كل
عشر سنوات ، وتلتزم كافة مؤسسات الدولة بدعم هذه الخطة والإلتزام بما جاء
