Article 106 of Environmental Protection Law

The competent body designated by the Supreme Council shall undertake the management of nature reserves in the territory of the State, and the Supreme Council has the right to assign other bodies the tasks of supervising certain reserves or enclosures. In all cases, the Authority shall approve the policies, plans, programmes, decisions and regulations relating to the management of reserves, and the Authority shall also concern itself with supervision of Law Index 302 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of the year 4 of the year 2014 concerning Environmental Protection continuous monitoring and surveillance operations to ensure the implementation of the plans, decisions and regulations relating to reserves, as well as the implementation of programmes for the protection and propagation of animals and plants, particularly endangered species, and the reintroduction of extinct species.
