In Kuwait Bay, as an area of a special nature, engaging in any environmentally harmful activity is prohibited, particularly the following activities: 1. Discharging sewage or industrial effluent or dumping any waste. 2. Carrying out landfilling operations with the products of deepening navigational channels. 3. Establishing fixed fish traps and fish farms. 4. Establishing chalets on its shores. 5. Catching all marine organisms, except as specified by the Executive Regulations, taking into account Article (121) of this Law. The Supreme Council may, by decision, prohibit any other activities having a negative environmental impact on the bay based on the Authority's recommendations in this regard. In all cases, approval of the Supreme Council is required for projects established within the waters of Kuwait Bay or its shores.

يحـــظر فـــي جــون الكويــت باعتبــاره منطقــة ذات طبيعــة خاصــة ممارســة أي نشــاط ضــار
بيئيــا ، وبصفــة خاصــة الأنشــطة التاليــة :
١.تصريف مياه الصرف الصحي أو الصناعي أو إلقاء أي مخلفات.
2.القيام بعمليات الدفان لنواتج تعميق الممرات الملاحية.
3.إقامة الحضور ومزارع الأسماك.
4.إقامة الشاليهات على سواحله.
5. صيــد كافــة الكائنــات البحريــة ، ويســتثنى مــن ذلــك مــا تحــدده اللائحــة التنفيذيــة مــع
مراعــاة حكــم المادة )١2١( مــن هــذا القانــون.
ويجــوز بقــرار مــن المجلــس الأعلى حظــر أي أنشــطة أخــرى ذات تــأثير بيئــي ســلبي على
الجــون بنــاء على مــا تــوصي بــه الهيئــة بهــذا الخصــوص. وفي كل الأحــوال يتطلــب موافقــة
المجلــس الأعلى على المشــاريع المقامــة في نطــاق ميــاه جــون الكويــت أو ســواحله.Ask about this article
