Article 105 of Environmental Protection Law

It is prohibited to introduce any species of animals or plants not belonging to the environment into nature reserves, or to undertake any act that would obstruct efforts to preserve the natural environment generally, impair it, interfere with or harm terrestrial or marine organisms within reserves, or damage their contents in any manner. This includes, in particular, the following: 1 - Fishing for fish, shrimp, oysters and other living organisms. 2 - Collecting shells, coral and other marine animals or harming them in any manner. 3 - Introducing running animals, or hunting, killing, capturing or pursuing wild animals, or destroying them their nests or burrows, or disturbing them in any manner. 4 - Grazing or introducing sheep, livestock or other grazing animals. 5 - Damaging or uprooting wild plants or lighting fires for any reason. 6 - Movement of cars and vehicles of all kinds outside paved roads or designated paths. 7 - Renting or mooring ships and boats, and the movement of amphibious vehicles or other similar vehicles in tidal areas and mudflats. 8 - Take-off and landing of aircraft of all kinds, or flying at low altitudes over or near the reserve. 9 - Construction works or the construction of floating structures or fixed drilling platforms, carrying out filling operations, or constructing moorings, breakwaters or the like. 10 - Establishing camps or recreational facilities, whether permanent or temporary. 11 - Damaging or vandalizing reserve fences in any manner. 12 - Prospecting for or extracting minerals, exploiting quarries and pits, using explosives, uprooting coral or coastal rocks, removing sand, carrying out filling operations, or other works that alter the coastline or the topography of the marine or terrestrial reserve. 13 - Discharging, dumping or burying liquid or solid pollutants or hazardous materials, using insecticides or poisons or introducing them into reserves, or dumping human waste or ships' waste of oils or otherwise. 14 - Conducting blasting operations, firing weapons or training in such activities.
