English translation
No part of the reserves approved in the State may be excised except by a decision of the Supreme Council, after the Authority presents the reasons necessitating it. In all cases, no part may be excised Law Index 301 Home Page Environmental Protection Law Law No. 42 of 2014 concerning Environmental Protection therefrom that contains biological or natural diversity unavailable in other locations in the country.

لا يجوز إقتطاع أى جزء من المحميات المعتمدة بالدولة إلا بقرار من المجلس الأعلى
وذلك بعد عرض الهيئة للأسباب الداعية لذلك وفى كافة الأحوال لا يجوز إقتطاع
