English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Article (40) shall be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dinars and not more than five thousand dinars. Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (127,32) of this Law shall also be punished by a fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than ten thousand dinars, with the violator being required in all cases to remove the effects of the violation within the time limit specified by the Authority. If the violator fails to do so, the Authority shall carry out the removal at the violator’s own expense.

يعاقــب بغرامــة لا تقــل عــن مئــتين وخمــسين دينــارا ولا تزيــد على خمســة آلاف دينــار كل
مــن خالــف حكــم المادة ، كما يعاقــب بغرامــة لا تقــل عــن خمسمائــة دينــار ولا تزيــد
على عشرة آلاف دينــار كل مــن خالــف حكــم المادتين )١27،32( مــن هــذا القانــون ،
مــع إلــزام المخالــف في كل الأحــوال بإزالــة آثــار المخالفــة في الميعــاد الــذي تحــدده الهيئــة .
