English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Articles (31, 35, 46) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a period not less than one year and not exceeding three years and a fine not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقـــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تقــل عــن ســنة ولا تزيــد على ثلاث ســنوات وبغرامــة لا تقــل
عــن عشرة آلاف دينــار ولا تزيــد على خمــسين ألــف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين
