English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Article (25) of this Law shall be punished by death or life imprisonment and a fine of no less than five hundred thousand dinars and no more than one million dinars. The penalty shall be life imprisonment and a fine of no less than two hundred and fifty thousand dinars and no more than five hundred thousand dinars for anyone who violates the provision of Article (25 / first paragraph) of this Law. Anyone who violates the provision of Article (25 / paragraph 2) shall be obliged to re-export the nuclear waste that is the subject of the offence at his own expense.

يعاقب بالإعدام أو الحبس المؤبد وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسمائة ألف دينار ولا تزيد
علي مليون دينار كل من خالف حكم المادة (٢٥) من هذا القانون .
وتكون العقوبة الحبس المؤبد وغرامة لا تقل عن مائتين وخمسين ألف دينار ولا
تزيد علي خمسمائة ألف دينار لكل من خالف حكم المادة ( ٢٥ / فقرة أولي ) من
هذا القانون .
ويلتزم كل من خالف حكم المادة ( ٢٥ / فقرة ٢ ) بإعادة تصدير النفايات النووية
