English translation
Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 43) of this Law shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not exceeding fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

يعاقــب بالحبــس مــدة لا تزيــد على ثلاث ســنوات وغرامــة لا تقــل عــن عشرة آلاف دينار
ولا تزيــد على خمــسين ألــف دينــار أو بإحــدى هــاتين العقوبــتين كل مــن خالــف أحــكام
