English translation
Anyone violating the provision of Article (52/ first paragraph) and Article (53) of this Law shall be punished by a fine of not less than thirty thousand dinars and not more than one hundred and fifty thousand dinars. The penalty shall be a fine of not less than fifty thousand dinars and not more than two hundred thousand dinars for anyone violating the provision of Article (52/ second paragraph).

يعاقــب بغرامــة لا تقــل عــن ثلاثين ألــف دينــار ولا تزيــد على مائــة وخمــسين ألــف دينــار
كل مــن خالــف حكــم المادة )52/ فقــرة أولى( والمادة مــن هــذا القانــون ، وتكــون
العقوبــة الغرامــة التــي لا تقــل عــن خمــسين ألــف دينــار ولا تزيــد على مائتــي ألــف دينــار
