English translation
Anyone who violates the provisions of Articles (58, 59, 60, 62) of this Law shall be punished by a fine for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than ten thousand dinars and not more than fifty thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties. In all cases, confiscation of the materials, equipment, devices and products constituting the subject matter of the crime shall be ordered.
