English translation
Anyone who intentionally causes a state of pollution in the marine areas stipulated in Article (68) of this Law, in violation of the provisions of Articles (71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76), shall be punished by imprisonment for no more than six months and a fine of no less than fifty thousand dinars and no more than two hundred thousand dinars, or either of these two penalties.

يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف دينار
ولا تزيد على مائتي ألف دينار أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أحدث عمداً حالة
تلوث في المناطق البحرية المنصوص عليها في المادة (٦٨) من هذا القانون بالمخالفة
