English translation
Anyone who violates the provision of Article (56 / first paragraph) of this Law shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty thousand dinars and not more than two hundred thousand dinars. Anyone who smokes in violation of the provision of Article (56 / second paragraph) shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dinars and not more than one hundred dinars. The manager responsible for an establishment violating the provision of the second paragraph of the aforementioned Article shall also be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dinars and not more than five thousand dinars.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ألف دينار ولا تزيد علي مائتين ألف دينار كل
من خالف حكم المادة ( ٥٦ / فقرة أولي ) من هذا القانون .
ويعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين دينار ولا تزيد علي مائة دينار كل من يدخن
بالمخالفة لحكم المادة ( ٥٦ / فقرة ثانية ) . كما يعاقب المدير المسئول عن المنشأة
المخالفة لحكم الفقرة الثانية من المادة المشار إليها بغرامة لا تقل عن ألف دينار ولا
