English translation
Anyone who unintentionally causes any pollution in the marine areas provided for each in Article (68) of this Law, in violation of the provisions of Articles (72, 74, 73, 75, 76), shall be punished by a fine of not less than thirty thousand dinars and not more than one hundred and fifty thousand dinars.

يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن ثلاثين ألف دينار ولا تزيد علي مائة وخمسين ألف دينار
كل من وقع منه بغير قصد أي تلوث في المناطق البحرية المنصوص عليها كل في
