English translation
Law No. 21 of 1995 establishing the Environment Public Authority, certain provisions of which were amended by Law No. 16 of 1996, is repealed, as is Law No. 12 of 1964 concerning the prevention of pollution of navigable waters oil, and every text that conflicts with the provisions of this Law is also repealed.

يلغى القانون رقم ۲۱ لسنة ۱۹۹٥ بإنشاء الهيئة العامة للبيئة المعدل بعض احكامه
بالقانون رقم ١٦ لسنة ١٩٩٦ كم يلغى القانون رقم ١٢ لسنة ١٩٦٤ بشأن منع
تلويث المياه الصالحة للملاحة الزيت كما يلغى كل نص يتعارض مع أحكام هذا
