Every public employee or other person who learns, or was in a position to learn, during or by reason of the performance of their work, of a violation of the provisions of this Law or its Executive Regulations resulting in environmental damage must report it immediately to the Authority, the Public Prosecution or police officers

أثناء أو بسبب تأدية عملهم بوجود مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون أو لائحته التنفيذية
